In business since 1997, NIS Solutions is an award-winning and process driven, SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) whose mission is to provide innovative full spectrum classified and unclassified IT services and solutions to the Federal Government, including: IT service management, data center operations, service desk, information security, systems engineering and network support. We apply industry best Practices and Processes tailored to our customer's needs. We utilize Agile Methodology coupled with Quality Management Process for project oversight. We utilize state-of-the-art tools to capture and report key Performance metrics. Finally, we monitor service level indicators for Continual Service Improvement. Our certification areas: CMMI level 3 for Services, CMMI Level 3 for Dev; ISO 9001:15, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2013.
